Comments are short messages left by clients in the network usually to inform other clients about something regarding the file the comment has been submitted to.
Comments can come with a rate. Rates provide an evaluation the file's quality. Depending on this evaluation, different icons can be shown by the file in the Transfers and Shared Files windows.
On aMule, you can read comments by right-clicking the file and selecting "Show all comments".
To submit a new comment, go to the "Shared Files" tab, right-click the file and select "Change this file's comment...".
